Midterm Aftermath: the Winners, the Losers, the Cheaters

By Ryan Delarme, November 9, 2022

Despite many sound victories, the anticipated “Red Wave” wasn’t quite as massive as projected in certain key areas. Whether or not that was by design or it all played out honestly remains to be seen, but conservative voters remain skeptical that some critical races were not rife with fraud.

Tabulators experienced “county-wide system outages” in Mercer county New Jersey:

From the New Jersey Globe:

Voting machines throughout Mercer County are facing technical difficulties this morning, but no voters are being turned away and machine votes are still being cast.

The issue involves a programming glitch with optical scanners, which count votes after ballots are filled out.

Programmers from the voting machine manufacturer, Dominion, are in site trying to work through the problem, the New Jersey Globe has confirmed.

“There is a slot on the top of the scanner and voters can vote and are voting manually,” said Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello.  “We are asking poll workers to use the official ballots because they can still vote them manually, and place them in the slot in the scanning machines and we will count them manually.”

While issues with optical scanners won’t prevent voting — ballots are still being printed properly – it could delay the counting of votes tonight.  That might impact the speed by which election return in Hamilton, Lawrence, East Windsor, Hightstown and Robbinsville – all towns in New Jersey’s 3rd congressional district potentially impedes counts in the closely watched House race between Rep. Andy Kim (D-Moorestown) and Republican Bob Healey.

In Michigan, where polls closed at 8:00PM The Gateway Pundit has exclusive video and photographic evidence that the City of Detroit in Michigan was collecting thousands of ballots significantly after the legal deadline in 2022.

As per Gateway Pundit:

We can exclusively report that the City of Detroit was handling and beginning to process a significant number of ballots at 11:30PM on election night.

We can exclusively report that the City of Detroit was handling and beginning to process more ballots at 1:22AM on election night.

Where did these ballots come from?

Why are they arriving at the Detroit Bureau of Election so suspiciously late on election night?

What could possibly account for so many ballots arriving so late?

In Maricopa county, tabulators did not work starting at 6 am when the polls opened. You can read more about that in our election-day coverage.

In Illinois, voters are being told to use the provided sharpies, or their vote may not count! In addition, the Champaign County Illinois Clerk’s Office announced the computer server is under cyber-attack.

But despite these irregularities, there were many sound victories.

Gov. Ron DeSantis and Sen. Marco Rubio sealed their wins early in the evening as Florida turned blood red. Rand Paul was also an early victory, effortlessly winning his third term in the Kentucky Senate race.

In Ohio, Gov. Mike DeWine won his reelection, as did Chris Sununu in New Hampshire, Kevin Stitt in Oklahoma, Greg Abbot in Texas, and Brian Kemp in Georgia.

As for the losers, some races were close and some lost big. Stacey Abrahms managed to waste over $105 Million on her failed campaign. Beto O’Rourke secured a hat-trick, having lost a presidential, a Senate, and a Gubernatorial race now as well.

Close race losers include Tudor Dixon in Michigan, who lost to Gretchen Whitmer. The Pennsylvania race between Oz Fetterman was also close but inevitably swung in favor of Fetterman.

All eyes seem to be on the Races in Arizona, and the Senate race in Georgia between Herschel Walker and Rafael Warnock.

Updates to come.

DESPERATION: George Soros is Dumping Millions into Chuck Schumer’s PAC To Save Senate Majority

By Ryan Delarme, August 23, 2022

Financial titan and philanthropist George Soros, along with other billionaires, is pouring millions of dollars into Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer-aligned Super PAC.

The flood of cash is ostensibly meant to help democrats keep the U.S. Senate in November’s midterm elections, though the verdict is out as to how this money will be spent.

Fox News reports:

“Soros steered $2.5 million from his Democracy PAC to the Senate Majority PAC in July, while hedge fund billionaire James Simons added an identical amount, according to new Federal Election Commission filings. The duo was the largest donors to the committee last month, which is now entering the home stretch of the midterm elections with nearly $73 million cash on hand. The new Soros cash also brings his total to the Senate Majority PAC to $10 million for the 2022 elections, making him one of its largest contributors behind a dark money nonprofit affiliated with the PAC,”

“Majority Forward, a nonprofit that does not identify its funders, has provided the Senate Majority PAC with at least $27 million in donations this cycle, according to a previous Fox News Digital review of campaign finance records. Majority Forward hauled in a record $105 million between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021, according to its most recent tax forms. The nonprofit maintains a close relationship with the Senate Majority PAC,”

This would not be the first time dark money groups like Majority Forward and George Soros were the top backers of the Senate Majority PAC. Back in the 2020 election cycle, Majority Forward pumped at least $50 million into the committee, while Soros chipped in $11.5 million from his own PAC.

This surge in spending suggests that Democrats are fully aware that Republicans are poised to take control of the House. As the party veers further and further to the left, many Democrats are switching their party affiliation and joining the GOP.

The Nevada Independent reports:

“Sure, Dems, they are relatively small numbers, but the trend is inexorable. If it’s a mass switching to muck around in GOP primaries, kudos for your discipline. But I don’t think so,”

“Combine this trend with the Repubs doubling the Dems in voter registration in May, which never happens, and the Dem statewide lead about to drop below 3 percent (this is unprecedented since…the Reagan Era?), and all of the signs are red wavy,”

“The numbers continue to only be in the hundreds, but they are adding up in party switching — three times as many Dems switching to GOP as Repubs going to Dem again in March, via the SOS. Maybe some Dems just want to vote in the two major contested GOP primaries in June — maybe — but this is consistent for months now,”

More than two and a half times as many Democrats have switched their voter registrations to Republicans, a statistic with ominous portents for Democratic candidates. The numbers since September also show that one and a half times as many Democrats switched to nonpartisan as did Republicans.

With reports like these, it’s hard to imagine that any amount of Soros cash can stop what is likely coming this November.

Did Liz Cheney Violate FEC Rules During Concession Speech?

By Ryan Delarme, August 18, 2022

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) lost her primary on Tuesday against Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman. Now, it’s being reported that Liz Cheney may have violated campaign finance rules.

It was reported Tuesday by CNN’s Jeff Zeleny that Cheney’s cinematic concession speech would be shot by James Goldstone, the ABC News President tasked with turning the J6 Committee hearings into a dramatic televised event.

The Cheney speech tonight will be delivered in a picturesque spot outside Jackson. Veteran TV producer James Goldston, an adviser to the Jan. 6 committee, and a film crew are on hand here in Wyoming–as "a friend" of Cheney. From our CNN blog: https://t.co/hmtIbHI9Cm

— Jeff Zeleny (@jeffzeleny) August 17, 2022

As reported by Joel B. Polk of Breitbart, “Anyone who films a candidate may generally do so, under the protections of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.” The kicker? if the film crew is producing a video, especially for a candidate, that counts as a service provided to the campaign.

The services provided by Goldston are likely worth tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, it was also reported by Zeleny that Goldston’s filming was done as a “favor” to Cheney, and thus his services would be classified as an in-kind contribution.

The FEC rules on in-kind contributions explain:

An in-kind contribution is a non-monetary contribution. Goods or services offered free or at less than the usual charge result in an in-kind contribution. Similarly, when a person or entity pays for services on the committee’s behalf, the payment is an in-kind contribution. An expenditure made by any person or entity in cooperation, consultation or concert with, or at the request or suggestion of, a candidate’s campaign is also considered an in-kind contribution to the candidate.

The value of an in-kind contribution—the usual and normal charge—counts against the contribution limit as a gift of money does. Additionally, like any other contribution, in-kind contributions count against the contributor’s limit for the next election, unless they are otherwise designated.

The current limit on contributions is $2,900 per cycle.

Goldston’s services should have to be reported to the FEC on Cheney’s campaign filings, but they also likely exceed the campaign finance limits. She could potentially face an investigation and fines from the FEC if she is found to be in violation.

Election Meddling in Georgia: VoterGA Shows Voting System May Have Added 15% to Raffenspeger

By Ryan Delarme, June 9, 2022

Ryan DeLarme,
June 9th, 2022

The good people at VoterGA released a report Thursday providing evidence that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger may have received as much as an additional 15% of votes added to his totals in the recent Georgia primary.

Garland Favorito and his team at VoterGA released the report early Thursday morning and shared the following:

VoterGA first presented an Election Night graphic showing Georgia’s voting system allocated 3,317 votes to a Fulton County School Board District 7 candidate who was NOT on the ballot! That same graphic showed candidate Phil Chen with zero votes at 10:12 on Election Night even though he actually received 49.7% of the vote in the race. Chen has challenged the outcome of that contest.

VoterGA also added more detail about the problems in the DeKalb District 2 Commission race where a hand count audit determined that the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system shifted thousands of Election Day votes from one candidate to another and selected the wrong winners to face each other in a runoff. They presented excerpts from a letter written to the DeKalb County Board of Elections by VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito. It explained a variety of reasons that the irregularities found could not be solely attributed to a candidate alignment error after one candidate withdrew from the race. The massive discrepancies also appear to be attributable to a Dominion system counting error.

But perhaps the most stunning news was the evidence collected from an audit monitoring team during the Cobb County Vinings cityhood hand count audit on Monday. The team monitored a majority of those Election Day ballots in the Vinings 04 precinct that were being hand-counted. The monitoring team decided to count the votes of incumbent Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger while the cityhood count was in progress.

The team found that Secretary Raffensperger received about 53% of the Republican Election Day votes for Secretary of State in that precinct. That would be in line with the statewide voting percentages that enabled him to avoid a runoff except that the Dominion voting system awarded Raffensperger 68.4% of those same votes. Thus, the Dominion software attributed 15% more votes to Raffensperger’s totals than the actual ballots seem to show when monitors counted Raffensperger’s votes.

“We are concerned that the algorithm that appears to be adding unearned votes to Raffensperger’s totals is running statewide,” VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito noted. “It is imperative that the SOS race be audited in all counties. That is why we filed Open Records Requests to get an independent copy of the ballots in all counties so we can verify the electronic results.”

Here is VoterGA’s complete report:

America First Elections Update 5.18.22.: Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina
America First candidates saw some strong wins, a lose, and yet to be determined toss-up.

By Ryan Delarme, May 18, 2022

Ryan DeLarme,
May 18th, 2022

Editors Note: We at Vigilant News see the RNC and DNC as two sides of the same uniparty coin. That being said, we acknowledge that there is a growing contingent of anti-establishment, “America First” candidates emerging on the right side of the aisle. Though we may not always agree with these candidates on policy and idealogy, it is apparent that they are making a stand against the rapidly encroaching authoritarian globalist plutocracy backed by a corrupt global intelligence apparatus, the Military-Industrial Complex (MIC), the World Economic Forum, and the World Bank (IMF, BIS, etc). And so it is out of a desire to see the power return to the people of this country that we choose to cover these elections from an America First perspective, and not out of some perpetual tribalist back-and-forth.

-Ryan

Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Idaho, Oregon, and North Carolina all voted Tuesday for the 2022 midterm elections, and the results have thus far been a mixed bag for America First candidates.

First, we have Trump-endorsed Ted Budd winning North Carolina’s Republican Senate primary by an impressive margin. Budd was also endorsed by the influential Club for Growth. He has said that Trump’s endorsement was a ‘huge’ factor in his victory against former Governor Pat McCrory and former Representative Mark Walker. Budd will go on to face Democrat Cheri Beasley in the general election in November.

Rising America First star Madison Cawthorn (R-Nc.) was defeated in North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District last night.  Cawthorn lost by a razor-thin margin of 2% to State Senator Chuck Edwards (R-Nc.).

The interesting part about Cawthorn’s defeat, and perhaps the biggest take-away, was that it came after the former Congressman made some shocking claims. He alleged that his Republican colleagues in Congress invited him to a “sexual get-together” and said it wasn’t uncommon to see them “doing cocaine right in front of you”.

With a victor decided in most primary races, the race that has been perhaps the most closely watched has yet to declare a winner.  In a three-way race between Kathy Barnette, Dave McCormick, and Trump-endorsed Mehmet Oz, Oz currently leads by a slim margin of 2,500 votes with 95% of the vote in.

The race will likely go into recount territory with establishment Dave McCormick trailing him and Barnette in third place.

On that note; the popular, outspoken, Trump-endorsed PA Senator Doug Mastriano has won his bid to become the GOP’s gubernatorial candidate in the November 2024 election.

— Election Wizard (@ElectionWiz) May 18, 2022

Mastriano became a prominent figure in the fight to uncover election fraud after Pennsylvania, like so many other critical swing states in America, watched their elections being shut down in the middle of the night and blemished by multiple reported cases of voter fraud, rampant GOP poll watcher intimidation, and other voter irregularities.

Senator Rand Paul won his primary election for US Senate in Kentucky with 87% of the Republican primary vote. Senator Paul will face Democratic challenger state Rep. Charles Booker in the general election.

Rand released a statement after his early win last night.

Kentucky, I want to thank you for voting for me to be your Republican nominee for US Senate. I’m honored to serve and honored to have your vote. #KYPrimary #ElectionDay pic.twitter.com/s48VW8YrWo
