Giorgia Maloni Readies to Govern in Italy, the EU Elite are Not Happy

Giorgia Meloni, the first woman premier, and leader of the Brothers of Italy party built her platform in opposition to woke idealism and is preparing to take office to the grave dismay of the European establishment.

In her victory speech, Meloni noted that Italians have finally been able to clearly demonstrate who they want to rule, a populist candidate who opposes the globalist efforts of the European Union elites and who will fight for Italy.

“Italians have sent a clear message in favor of a right-wing government led by Brothers of Italy,” she told reporters in Rome, holding up a sign saying “Thank you Italy.”

While being celebrated by the masses in Italy, Meloni’s victory is being marketed by the establishment as the next Mussolini. Many mainstream outlets have labeled the “Far-right” Brothers of Italy party as “Fascists”, using the power of the media to instill a sense of fear around Italy’s new Premiere.

The vice president of the European Parliament, Katharina Barley of the Social Democrats of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, cast Meloni’s victory as “worrying” given her affiliations with Hungary’s leader Viktor Orban and former U.S. President Donald Trump.

CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp’s assessment is that Giorgia Meloni, who has spoken at CPAC twice, is calling Meloni’s victory a “warning shot against the globalists”.

Despite the threats from around the E.U., Meloni has no intention of being intimidated as her audience saw as far back as 2019 at the World Congress of Families:

The new Premier will have her work cut out for her. Italy is currently suffering from rampant inflation and an energy crisis, both are linked to Ukraine’s conflict.

Farmers in Italy, Poland, and Spain Join Dutch Protestors in Fight Against Globalist’s Weaponized “Green” Regulations

For almost a month now, Dutch Farmers have been staging protests and roadblocks across the Netherlands, even going so far as to spread manure outside of officials’ homes. Now, farmers from Italy, Spain, and Poland have joined the fray in support of their Dutch counterparts. 

“We are not slaves, we are farmers,” said Italian farmers, who drove tractors through the streets of Milan and blocked city traffic.

According to the Morning Star, “Italian farmers face an imminent crisis due to a severe drought that has seen a third of agricultural produce placed at risk.”

In Spain, farmers in Badajoz, Granada, and Albacete paraded their tractors down the street in solidarity with the foreign farmers, as well as national protests at home over a lack of food and gasoline, according to EuroWeekly News.

And in Poland, farmers came to Warsaw last weekend to protest against inflation and other government actions.

Is the Pope’s Resignation Impending? Catholics Speculate Amid Rumors

Rumors began to circulate on Monday that Pope Francis’s resignation may be swiftly approaching.

Megyn Kelly shared a video to Twitter early Monday morning regarding the recent speculation. In the video, she sights multiple unusual occurrences at the Vatican while she and her family were there, in particular the presence of many Cardinals.

Speculation has been growing for months in wake of comments made by Pope Francis himself.

“When you are old,” the Pope said, “you are no longer in control of your body. One has to learn to choose what to do and what not to do.”

The Pope recently postponed an apostolic visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo and south Sudan, citing advice from his doctor. On Monday, the Vatican announced that Francis would not participate in the Corpus Christi mass due to health concerns.

Further speculation has stoked the idea that Francis is on his way out.

The Pope announced an August gathering of all the world’s cardinals, which ordinarily occurs when it’s time to elect a new pontiff. The Vatican has also announced a papal trip to the central Italian city of L’Aquila for a feast first held by Pope Celestine V more than 700 years ago. 

The Visit to Celestine’s Tomb sets off alarm bells for many Vatican aficionados as it seems to follow a trend. Pope Benedict XVI visited Celestine’s tomb in 2009; he later became the first pope in nearly six centuries to step down. Before Pope Benedict VXI, the only other Pope to abdicate the position was Celestine, which occurred six centuries before. 

The strange activity at the Vatican coupled with the apparent poor health of the Pontiff is sufficient enough for onlookers to believe that the Pope is ready to abdicate and call on the Cardinals to appoint a new leader for the Catholic church.
