Legal Experts Claim Indictment of Peter Navarro Suggests “Two-Tiered Justice System”

By Ryan Delarme, June 5, 2022

Several Legal Experts have chimed in on the indictment of former Trump advisor Peter Navarro, going so far as to suggest that the January 6th committee and its legal maneuverings are evidence of a “Two-tiered Justice System”.

Navvaro’s indictment on charges of contempt comes after refusing to cooperate with a subpoena from the House Committee investigating the events of January 6th, 2020.

When asked to provide a deposition and documents to the committee, Navarro refused. He now faces two counts of contempt, each carrying a possible sentence of 30 days to 1 year behind bars.

Newsmax reports:

He is the second Trump adviser to be charged with contempt of Congress for refusing to cooperate with the Jan. 6 committee. Navarro has claimed executive privilege, which the House panel has rejected, claiming its questions don’t violate any areas of privilege.

Navarro was serving as an official adviser to the president at the time of the Jan. 6 breach. That’s in direct contrast with Steve Bannon, who, like Navarro, has been charged, but was an outside adviser to Trump and not an official member of his administration at the time of the breach.

The House has also voted to hold former Trump aide Dan Scavino and former chief of staff Mark Meadows in contempt, but the DOJ has not prosecuted either of them to date.

John Tolley, a New York-based attorney and former prosecutor, called the indictment against Navarro “interesting because it does bring up some major constitutional issues.”

“He should have been held in contempt as opposed to criminally prosecuted,” Tolley said.

The reason experts are calling it a “two-tiered” system is likely due to the fact that if it were a democrat in Navarro’s position, they would fare much better in a DC court.

When Republicans controlled the House they held Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt for failing to provide documents but a federal judge did not put him behind bars.

Attorney Michael Abramson, host of the “Advancing the Agenda” podcast claimed,

“If it is a Bush DOJ, you want them to be acting the same way as a Biden DOJ would act so the principles of law are consistently applied… You want consistency. The law exists to protect people. Policies and procedures have to be followed for people to be treated fairly. When these policies and procedures are not followed you come into a situation where the rights of individuals may be attacked.”

Juscelino Colares, a law and political science professor at Case Western Reserve University, said that it “definitely seems like we have come to a point where we have a two-tier justice system” of “selected enforcement” when contempt charges are enforced when Democrats are in charge of the House but not when Republicans are.

“We can’t be a nation of laws and at the same time a nation where the laws are only enforced against one group of people,” Colares said. “That’s not conducive to building the public trust in our institutions.”

Navarro was reportedly furious after his arrest and indictment by the DOJ and expressed similar concerns.

“I told them [to] contact an individual that would discuss this matter. What did they do? They didn’t call me. I spoke to the FBI agent that arrested me. I spoke to him Wednesday night. I said, “Walter, whatever you need. You don’t have to come banging on my door like you did last week getting me out of bed. I’m here to cooperate.” What did they do? I was on my way to Nashville today to do a TV appearance with Mike Huckabee‘s show, all right?” he said.

“And instead of coming to my door where I live, which by the way is right next to the FBI, instead of calling me and say, ‘Hey, we need you down in court, we’ve got a warrant for you,’ I would have gladly come. What did they do? They intercepted me getting on the plane. Then they put me in handcuffs, they bring me here, they put me in leg irons stick me in a cell,” he argued.

“They responded with effectively the same kind of thing you’d see in Stalin‘s Russia or the Chinese Communist Party,” the former aide said. “I note interestingly for the record, the only two people that have been indicted on criminal charges are me and Steve Bannon.”

“There was no reason on God’s good Earth for what they did today to an American citizen. That did not have to happen. It’s terrorism, it’s coercion. There’s no excuse for what they did today. America needs to know this,” he said.

“Their mission, their clear mission, is to prevent Donald John Trump from running for president in 2024 and being elected president,” he said. “People like me are in their way and they’re not coming for me, they’re coming for you. All 74 million of you who voted for Donald John Trump.”

Mother Who Rescued Her Children From Uvalde Shooter Threatened With Probation Violation if She Speaks to Media

By Ryan Delarme, June 4, 2022

Ryan DeLarme,
June 4th, 2022

In the wake of the horrific massacre that took place in Uvalde, Texas last week, stories began to surface of a heroic mother who took it upon herself to rescue her own children while local law enforcement sat by and did nothing.

Angeli Rose Gomez was handcuffed by police after attempting to save children when it became apparent that the police weren’t going to act. Upon her release from restrainment, she immediately rushed inside the building, essentially taking matters into her own hands.

Now that the shooting has become a household topic across the nation, the widely scrutinized Uvalde Police are threatening Gomez with probation violation for obstruction of justice if she speaks to the media. This is based on a charge against her from a decade ago.

“Nothing was being done,” Gomez said of the cops who held her back during an interview with CBS. “If anything, they were being more aggressive against us parents who were willing to go in.”

“I told one of the officers, I don’t need you to protect me. Get away from me. I don’t need your protection,” Gomez said. “If anything, I need you to go in there with me and protect my kids.”

Gomez says that she had heard shots in one of the classrooms while she was inside the school, and that there were no police in the building with her at the time. This apparently took place after the police declared there was no longer an active shooter, which is certainly newsworthy.

“He said, ‘Well, we’re going to have to arrest you because you’re being very uncooperative,” Gomez told CBS. “I said, well you’re going to have to arrest me because I’m going in there.”

“I’m telling you, I don’t see any of y’all in there. Y’all are standing with snipers and far away. If y’all aren’t going in there, I’m going in there,” she said, describing what she told the officers.

If there were still shots being fired and local law enforcement was saying that there was no longer an active shooter, then it is either gross incompetence or something more nefarious. Regardless of which way you slice it, the fact the Uvalde Police are threatening Gomez over talking to the media is not helping their case.

Secret Summit: Bilderberg Group Meets in DC

By Ryan Delarme, June 3, 2022

Ryan DeLarme,
June 3rd, 2022

For almost 70 years the Bilderberg group has convened annually to discuss “world issues”. A list of topics is usually provided but what exactly is said remains under tight wraps.  The group is highly exclusive and includes political leaders, experts from industry, finance, academia, and the media, typically numbering between 120 and 150 attendees.

This year, the clandestine cabal of the ruling elite is meeting in Washington DC for the 68th Bilderberg Meeting, which should last from June 2nd-June 5th. Paul Joseph Watson of Summit News put it like this:

The CEO of Pfizer, the head of the CIA, the Director of the NSC, the VP of Facebook, the King of Holland and the Secretary General of NATO are all secretly meeting right now behind closed doors in DC.

It's called Bilderberg, & not a single major media outlet has reported on it.

— Paul Joseph Watson (@PrisonPlanet) June 2, 2022

The key topics for discussion this year include:

  •  Geopolitical Realignment
  • NATO Challenges
  •  China
  • Indo-Pacific Realignment
  • Sino-US Tech Competition
  • Russia
  •  Continuity of Government and the Economy
  •  Disruption of the Global Financial System
  •  Disinformation
  • Energy Security and Sustainability
  •  Post-Pandemic Health
  •  Fragmentation of Democratic Societies
  •  Trade and Deglobalisation
  •  Ukraine

Among this year’s guests are Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Henry Kissinger, former CIA head David Petraeus, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, venture capitalist, and GOP megadonor Peter Theil.

There has long been a contingent of speculators who believe those in attendance of the meeting are selected to impose a “new world order.” And while these accusations sound a bit farfetched, the occulted atmosphere around the gathering does little to quell suspicion.

Kash Patel Suggests Durham Trials Should Take Place Outside Compromised DC

By Ryan Delarme, June 3, 2022

Former White House national security official and children’s book author Kash Patel has suggested that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) move its Russia hoax trials outside of the D.C. area to ensure an untainted jury and judge. This statement comes in the wake of Michael Sussmann’s acquittal on Tuesday.

Related: Michael Sussmann Found “Not Guilty”

For those who are still unfamiliar, Sussman was the former Hillary Clinton Campaign lawyer that the DOJ prosecuted on charges of lying to the FBI as part of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the “Russia collusion” hoax.

Sussman was a key player in promoting the “Russia collusion” hoax.

Patel is intimately tied to the case and was even brought up during the trial, his now 4-year-old interview with Sussmann was used as evidence from when he assisted then-Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) investigate the “Russia collusion” hoax while Nunes served on the House Intelligence Committee.

The former prosecutor said that after Sussmann’s acquittal, his faith in the Justice Department was “completely gone.”

“I was the last man who had any faith in D.C. and the Department of Justice. It is now completely gone,” Patel said in a statement obtained by Breitbart News.

Patel has condemned the jury pool as being “tainted” and politically motivated. He has also called out the federal court system for allowing three pro-Hillary Clinton Democrat donors to serve on the jury.

He has also called on the DOJ to remove the hoax cases from D.C.’s jurisdiction.

“The DOJ needs to move these cases out of D.C. as it is 100% impossible to have a fair trial in the city. I am appalled at this verdict and appalled at our justice system,”

The former prosecutor was recently interviewed by John Bachman of Newsmax, where he predicted that we will see two more indictments before the Igor Danchenko trial this October. When asked who he thought these indictments would include, Patel said:

“I think it’s going to be an FBI agent who lied, and admitted it, if not one or two more. And I think that Fusion GPS is most certainly part of this conspiracy because they are all over the dossier…”

Patel also claimed that the FBI itself is under investigation for lying, and withholding evidence of innocence in regard to the Trump/Russia collusion smear.

INJUSTICE: At Least 35 Child and Sex Abusers Never Prosecuted, Southern Baptist Convention List Confirms
Abuse goes unaddressed.

By Justin Deschamps, June 1, 2022

by Justin Deschamps, June 1, 2022

ATLANTA, GEORGA – The Southern Baptist Convention, released a list with over 200 entries, some of which detail alleged abusers who admitted to the abuse and were subsequently allows to continue working close to children.

The Southern Baptist Church committee members announced in a meeting last Thursday, the 26th of May, that the list would be released to the public, which had been kept secret until now.

This is just the latest development in an ongoing scandal regarding the Southern Baptist Convention.

In 2019, a joint investigation of two news organizations, the San Antonio Express-News and the Houston Chronicle, revealed that most of the victims were shunned by their churches after complaints were filed. Furthermore, in what might be criminal activity, at least 35 of the alleged abusers were never charged and continued to work in positions close to potential victims, despite exhibiting predatory behavior. And some of the registered sex offenders continued preaching despite their criminal activity. In one case, a pastor abused dozens of girls and boys, settled with victims in a court case, and went on to a prestigious position in the Catholic Church close to the Pope, according to one confidential source.

In 2018, Mark Aderholt was arrested in South Carolina on charges of sexual assault which occurred in 1996-97 when he was 25 as a Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS) student. In 2019, Aderholt pled guilty and as part of the plea deal, his sentence was wiped clean and he will not be on the Sex Offender Registry.

In 2007, International Mission Board (IMB), where Aderholt was employed, was informed of the abuse and an internal investigation led to Aderholt’s resignation. IMB did not report it to the police. Aderholt went on to work for three more religious organizations, the Immanuel Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas, Central Baptist Church, North Little Rock, Arkansas, and the South Carolina Baptist Convention.

The Southern Baptist Convention is a Christian denomination based in the US and is the world’s largest Baptist denomination, and supports some 47,000 congregations with over 14 million members. The organization has come under fire over the years for its policies of essentially covering up abuse crimes of those accused of wrongdoing, in some cases, moving them to other positions where they went on to abuse other victims.

The scandal is reminiscent of the Catholic Church abuse cases that emerged in the 1990s. In the latest development of that scandal, some 216,000 children in France alone had been sexually abused by members of the clergy since 1950.

The numbers are so staggering that several documentaries have emerged suggesting that church authorities know predatory behavior is not just an isolated case, but it’s endemic. And that church officials are effectively in the business of covering up widespread abuse as a matter of policy.

A Blind Eye, at present, is a three-part series on the independent film service Dauntless Dialogue, home to dozens of high production value short films exposing corruption, details the harrowing examples of covered up abuse, some of which include horrific stories.

Jules Woodson, was a victim of abuse at the hands of her youth pastor, Andy Savage, when she was in high school in 1998. “I felt acknowledged that they knew,” Woodson said. “But at the same time heartbreaking to see how many people they knew about and didn’t warn others.”

The report is just the “tip of the iceberg,” Woodson said.

Child Protect, a children’s advocacy center, reports that “For every incident of child abuse or neglect that’s reported, an estimated two incidents go unreported.” This statistic confirms the findings of therapists that work with victims of familial and institutional abuse.

According to the late Dr. Charles L. Whitfield, some victims in families and institutions are sometimes convinced their memories of abuse are false. Abusers and co-abusers—usually spouses or parents who can’t accept the possibility abuse happened at the hands of people they know and love—look to dismiss allegations of abuse, claiming they’re false memories. The invalidation of victim experiences often causes lifelong mental illness and hardship.

The now-defunct False Memory Syndrome Foundation provided the justification these abusers seek to dismiss the claims of victims. The organization, previously promoted by Elizabeth Loftus, who she claims, is herself a victim of alleged false memories of abuse, states that there’s an epidemic of false memories. However, Loftus and other proponents of false memory syndrome advocates have never scientifically proven the existence of false memories of the severity experienced by abuse victims and have lost serval lawsuits over the years.
