Disease X: WHO Still Pushing for Pandemic Treaty

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization, is continuing to pursue ratifying what has been called a “Pandemic Treaty,” urging nations to sign to better prepare for “Disease X.”

Analysts have warned that the so called pandemic treaty, a subversive initiative that’s gone through several name changes over the last year and a half, would essentially elevate the WHO to a defacto world government in the event of another pandemic or global health crisis.

“‘Disease X’ is a placeholder for an unknown pathogen that could cause a global emergency,” Ghebreyesus recently wrote on Twitter. “History has taught us that we must anticipate new threats. Failing to prepare leaves the world prepared to fail.”

Naturally, the WHO Director did not miss an opportunity to make a case for the treaty at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, last week.

“The pandemic agreement can bring all the experience, all the challenges that we have faced, and all the solutions into one. And that agreement can help us to prepare for the future in a better way because this is a common enemy and without a shared response, starting from the preparedness you know we will face the same problem as COVID,” Ghebreyesus said.

The deadline for the agreement has now been pushed back to May 2024.

“It’s better actually to anticipate something that may happen, because it has happened in our history many times, and prepare for it. We shouldn’t face things unprepared,” Ghebreyesus also said.

 

2024: The Year of Genetically Modified Synthetic Milk

It’s not milk, but they claim that it is “identical to what cows make.” The claim of “substantially equivalent” is made for other GMO products as well, but it is all marketing propaganda designed to deceive the FDA and consumers.

Bored Cow’s fake milk contains “ProFerm,” a “microflora” that imitates whey protein. This product was developed by their partner Perfect Day, “a consumer biology company with the goal of creating new ways to produce the foods you love today, beginning in the dairy aisle.”

Using mass spectrometry, the Health Research Institute (HRI), a nonprofit independent laboratory headquartered in Fairfield, Iowa, analyzed multiple samples of Bored Cow’s “original” flavor milk to verify the claim that the synthetic protein it contained was identical to natural milk protein. These outcomes were compared to samples of natural milk from grass-fed cows by HRI.

A fungicide and 92 unidentified molecules were among the materials detected in “synthetic” milk protein utilized by over a dozen food brands distributed by major supermarket chains, according to their testing.

The ingredients listed for Bored Cow’s “original” flavor are:

“Water, animal-free whey protein (from fermentation), sunflower oil, sugar, less than 1% of vitamin A, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D2, riboflavin, citrus fiber, salt, dipotassium phosphate, acacia, gellan gum, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), calcium potassium phosphate citrate, natural flavor.”

This mélange is questionably made, starting with the sunflower oil, a typically genetically modified seed oil known for its inflammatory properties. It is not specified on the label whether the whey protein was generated via yeast genetic engineering. Additionally, sugar is the primary input for fermentation, and they are utilizing high fructose corn syrup, a GMO product as well. Everything about this “milk” is awful and artificial.

In addition to a multitude of unidentified compounds, synthetic milk was deficient in several essential micronutrients that are present in natural milk, including vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids, and certain B vitamins. Furthermore, the synbio product lacked or contained only minute quantities of carnitine forms that are “equivalent to essential components for energy metabolism.”

“There were 69 important nutrients present in natural milk, most of which were completely absent in synbio milk. A few were present in small or trace amounts,” according to HRI’s Chief Scientist and CEO John Fagan, Ph.D. Fagan — a molecular biologist and former cancer researcher at the National Institutes of Health — has been a worldwide pioneer in testing genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Furthermore, only eight of the compounds could be identified. The remaining ones were labeled as “uncharacterized.”

“The 92 unknown molecules we found have never been studied by scientists. So we don’t know whether they’re safe or dangerous, whether they are nutrients or toxins,” Fagan added.

Fagan expressed concern regarding the presence of Benthiavalicarb-isopropyl, an agricultural fungicide, in the Bored Cow samples.

“I think the reason this fungicide is present is because they added it to the fermentation process to inhibit the growth of fungi that could contaminate the production system,” he said, “So the things that we see here are not really good for us, let me put it that way.”

HCI’s official report has not been published yet.

But suffice to say, these results contradict Perfect Day’s claim that its product — used by Bored Cow — is “identical to what cows make.”

Former Biden COVID Official: A Breach in a Wuhan Laboratory Could Have Triggered a Pandemic

Former White House National Security Council pandemic official Dr. Raj Panjabi has now publicly speculated that a laboratory breach in Wuhan, China, may have been the source of COVID-19.

Yesterday at the annual Forbes Healthcare Summit, Panjabi stated, “It is plausible that Covid originated in a laboratory accident in Wuhan,” as reported by The Daily Mail. “We have got to do more to keep labs safe.”

Recall that in May 2020, Biden referred to former President Donald Trump’s assertion that Covid originated from erroneous Chinese experiments as “nakedly xenophobic.” However, numerous scientists and US government officials, including the FBI and the Department of Energy, now consider it to be the most probable source of the pandemic.

Panjabi further cautioned that the likelihood of future pandemics increasing globally is expanding.

“There is a 50 percent risk one will happen in the next 25 years. This is because of globalization, or what I call the three Ps,” he said.

These “three Ps” given by Panjabi are “pathogen spillover,” when diseases leap from animals to humans; “planes,” since they encourage global travel; and “poor public health systems that are shattered and lack investment.”

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wuhan Institute of Virology was subject to scrutiny due to its failure to furnish mandatory safety and security information after receiving funding from the U.S. government.

The U.S. government has appeared divided regarding the laboratory or natural origin of COVID.

It is worth noting that intelligence agencies initially provided assurances regarding the Wuhan wet market as the authentic source of COVID-19. However, similar to the “intelligence experts” who endorsed a letter speculating on the Russian origin of the Hunter Biden Laptop, intelligence agencies seem to have an unsatisfactory history of informing the public about the truth.

 

The WHO’s Monumental Power Grab is Still on the Table
The "WHO CA+", colloquially known as the "Pandemic Treaty", seeks to elevate the WHO to a de facto world-governing body in the event of another pandemic.

The World Health Organization is still pushing the proposed “pandemic treaty” as well as the highly controversial amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

Countless analysts have cautioned that the ratification of either, let alone both, would devastate or even completely strip away sovereignty from nation-states and place public health decision-making power in the hands of the WHO and its director-general.

According to author and researcher James Roguski, these two proposals would morph the WHO from an advisory organization to a defacto world government whose edicts would become legally binding.

They also would greatly expand the scope and reach of the IHR, institute a system of global health certificates and “passports” and allow the WHO to mandate medical examinations, quarantine, and treatment.

 

What is the WHO CA+?

In December 2021, it was decided at a special session of the World Health Assembly to establish an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (“INB”), representing all regions of the world, to draft and negotiate “a WHO convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response.”

Soon after, the term “Pandemic Treaty” began floating in and out of public awareness but was never clearly defined by the press or the institutions advocating for it.

The usual suspects in the mainstream media seemed more concerned with convincing the public that their suspicions were invalid than effectively explaining what the so-called treaty actually proposed.

Outlets like SkyNews Australia at least tried to warn of the potential dangers

So, what exactly is the Pandemic Treaty?

For starters, the Pandemic Treaty isn’t really a treaty at all, but rather what’s called a “Convention agreement”, and as such isn’t subject to the typical requirements for ratification, namely having to pass a vote in the U.S. Senate.

Additionally, the proper name for this “convention agreement” is “The WHO CA+”.

On May 22nd, 2023, the “Drafting Group of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body to Draft and Negotiate a WHO Convention, Agreement, or Other International Instrument on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response” released an unedited draft titled “The Bureau’s Text of the WHO CA+”. (#)

The Bureau’s Text revealed the true goals of the WHO and its funders, goals that are so unabashedly dystopian in scope that most people would assume they were satyrical.

The proposed treaty establishes a “Conference of the Parties” or C.O.P., which would essentially become a new bureaucracy beyond Congressional or Parliamentary oversight and control. (# Article 20)

This group would include:

 “Representatives of the United Nations and its specialized agencies” as well as “representatives of any body or organization, whether national or international, governmental or nongovernmental, private sector or public sector, which is qualified in matters covered by the WHO CA+”

These individuals would be empowered to add protocols to the agreement without the consent of the public. (# Article 34)

Despite the convoluted jargon used in the Bureau’s text, this transfer of power from We the People to the unaccountable, unelected, and mostly invisible members of the so-called “Conference of the Parties” has been described as a veiled but direct attack on the sovereignty of nations.

In a nutshell, the pandemic treaty, or WHO CA+, will grant the WHO power over far more than ‘pandemic’ responses. Under the new convention, the WHO’s dictates will supersede and overrule any and all local, state, and federal laws (whether or not they will be able to enforce those dictates has yet to be seen.)

Some of the proposals in the pandemic treaty include:

  • Setting up an international supply network overseen by the WHO
  • Funding the WHO’s health emergency structures and processes by requiring at least 5% of national health budgets to be dedicated to health emergencies.
  • Setting up a governing body under the auspice of the WHO to oversee the entire health emergency process.
  • Expanding the scope of the WHO’s power by implementing the “One Health” agenda, which recognizes that a very broad range of aspects of life and the environment can impact health and therefore fall under the “potential” to cause harm.

Consider the implications of this.

Just about anything can be sold as “potentially harmful” when you consider that the affiliated media has the ability to shape the public discourse, essentially determining how people should think and feel about any given topic. As long as the media pumps out sufficient fear and propaganda, the scope of the WHO’s power will be limited only by their imagination.

Additionally, the emphasis on the “One Health” concept, combines human health, animal health, and environmental concerns, meaning that under the One Health agenda, the WHO would be given the power to make decisions concerning diet, agriculture and livestock farming, environmental pollution, the movement of populations, and much more.

 

WHO Now Urging Member States to Finalize

Tedros Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the WHO, opened the Global Symposium of Global Health Security and Diplomacy in the 21st Century on Monday by saying that the coming year is “a generational opportunity that we must not miss.”

“As you know, Member States are now in the process of negotiating a new legally binding agreement on pandemic preparedness and response, and amendments to the International Health Regulations,” he said, adding that “the two will form the vital legal framework for a safer world.”

Ghebreyesus has said in the past that a Pandemic Treaty would not force countries to follow its rules, but he has also threatened to punish countries that don’t. He also listed three action plans for all member states to follow starting Monday, the first being that “we must close the governance gap.”

He’s also hinted that “misinformation”, IE unsanctioned scrutiny and dissent, is going to be an obstacle for the WHO in bringing this agenda forward. Amongst his list of hurdles to overcome, Ghebreyesus said on Monday that one of the challenges ahead is the increase of public skepticism with regard to institutions and science.

December is the month that they are going to try to push the Pandemic treaty forward. Remember, there’s no ratification process for a convention agreement, it exists because the Convention of Parties decides it exists, and with the powers that will be granted to the WHO should this convention agreement move forward, we would all be subject to the will of the WHO and its primary funders should another pandemic mysteriously appear.

I realize that this might all sound a lot more frightening than it really is. It is a pressing situation that deserves our attention, to be sure, but it is not a death sentence for the Constitution.

I’ve been trying to imagine how any of this would actually be enforced. The WHO is like a paper tiger, it doesn’t have its own policing force unless the Federal gov can convince State and local authorities to sell out the people in their communities, and given the current climate and the disillusionment that came after the response to COVID, I don’t know how that would play out. Maybe I’m too optimistic.

RFK Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense Launches ‘Reform Pharma’ Initiative

At its second annual conference, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) announced the debut of Reform Pharma, the organization’s latest initiative. The endeavor aims to restore the integrity of healthcare by identifying and dismantling the avenues that permit corruption to seize hold of and dominate the healthcare system.

The pharmaceutical industry has been hit with fines totaling more than $100 billion since 2000 for a variety of criminal offenses, such as fraud, unsafe product claims, and off-label or unauthorized medical product advertising.

Every year, up to 220,000 people pass away on “properly prescribed” medications. Prescription medication also results in approximately 2.7 million hospital admissions and around 81 million adverse reactions per year.

Only a small portion of the 26,789 petitions for vaccination-related fatalities and injuries that have been submitted to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) since 1988 have resulted in compensation. Nevertheless, the families of those wounded or killed after vaccination have received payouts totaling more than $5 billion, and this amount is still growing. 

“Vaccine manufacturers were granted immunity from lawsuits brought by the families of children injured by vaccines when the NVICP was established,” 

Stated Laura Bono, executive vice president of CHD.

 “Vaccine manufacturers can use the money they save by having their vaccines exempt from liability to fund advertising, lobbying, and benefits for those who are willing to turn a blind eye when citizens suffer injuries.”

According to CHD President Mary Holland, 

“One only needs to look at the handling of the Vioxx debacle to understand the type of corruption running rampant throughout this industry.” 

Merck’s anti-inflammatory drug Vioxx was taken off the market in 2004 after it was discovered that the medication raised the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Merck sold the medicine despite being aware of these hazards because they thought the profits would more than offset the expense of settlements for drug-related injuries and fatalities. Reform Pharma wants to stop the practice of prioritizing corporate profits over the health of its customers by creating oversight and regulatory bodies that are independent of the businesses they are meant to be supervising.

“Reform Pharma will create bold campaigns to expose the corruption and conflicts of interest in professional associations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP),” 

Claims Justine Tanguay, CHD attorney and director of campaign and research for Reform Pharma. 

“AAP claims to be the voice for the children, but is actually the voice for Big Pharma.”

The goal of the Reform Pharma effort is to outlaw direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical advertising in the US, which is the only country that permits it other than New Zealand. It will function to:

  • Restore Medical Freedom
  • Separate Pharma and State
  • Establish Scientific Integrity in Research and Publications
  • Hold Perpetrators Accountable
  • Reinstate Vaccine Manufacturer Liability
  • Protect Doctor-Patient Relationships
  • Prohibit Gain-of-Function Research
  • Secure Affordable Drug Prices 

Holland stated, “The goal of CHD’s Reform Pharma initiative is to address the corrupt merger of government and pharmaceutical that we so vividly witnessed during COVID.” “We are thrilled to begin this vitally important targeted campaign to support and elevate CHD’s other significant work.”
