In a court filing on Tuesday, the Justice Department (DOJ) vindicated the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s laptop, an undisclosed fact that had the potential to disrupt the 2020 presidential election.
It is worth noting that, according to polling, an astonishing 71% of Americans believe that factual coverage of Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell” could have influenced the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
The DOJ established Hunter’s ownership of the laptop by verifying two conditions: he did, in fact, leave the laptop at a computer store, and the contents of the device matched information obtained by authorities through a search warrant of Hunter’s iCloud.
“Investigators also later came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro, which he had left at the computer store,” prosecutors wrote:
A search warrant was also obtained for his laptop and the result of the search warrant were largely duplicative information also obtained for his laptop and the result of the search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained from Apple.
CNN hack-reporter Natasha Bertrand penned the infamous and now-discredited Politico article shortly after the New York Post broke the laptop story. Bertrand used “dozens of former intelligence officials” (aka the dirty to promote a false and misleading narrative regarding the provenance of Hunter’s laptop.
Over a year passed before the establishment media acknowledged the story’s inaccuracy. The Washington Post eventually conceded that Hunter’s laptop contains “authentic communications that can be verified” after devoting 532 days to investigating the matter.
Even CNN now has ultimately acknowledged the authenticity of Hunter’s “laptop from hell” subsequent to the initial story’s October 24, 2020 release, where the network notably labeled it “fabricated” and “Russian disinformation.”
It only took the New York Times two years to admit that the communications on the laptop indeed belonged to Hunter Biden. Naturally, independent media got it right much sooner.
Our Take:
The “dirty 51” refers to the 51 compromised DS intelligence officers who willfully lied about the laptop in the days preceding the election. These individuals are currently commentators on legacy media outlets such as MSNBC, FOX, and CNN or are still employed by the various alphabet agencies.
Every outlet in the world, including ours, had access to the laptop’s contents. Upon the affixation of that letter, the aforementioned intelligence assets coerced Facebook and others into eliminating accounts that were sharing the laptop on the grounds that it contained “Russian disinformation.”
