New Twitter Files: How Twitter Rigged the COVID Debate

By Ryan Delarme, December 26, 2022

THE TWITTER FILES: HOW TWITTER RIGGED THE COVID DEBATE

– By censoring info that was true but inconvenient to U.S. govt. policy
– By discrediting doctors and other experts who disagreed
– By suppressing ordinary users, including some sharing the CDC’s *own data*
– By censoring info that was true but inconvenient to U.S. govt. policy
– By discrediting doctors and other experts who disagreed
– By suppressing ordinary users, including some sharing the CDC’s *own data*

2. So far the Twitter Files have focused on evidence of Twitter’s secret blacklists; how the company functioned as a kind of subsidiary of the FBI; and how execs rewrote the platform’s rules to accommodate their own political desires.
3. What we have yet to cover is Covid. This reporting, for The Free Press, @TheFP, is one piece of that important story.
4. The United States government pressured Twitter and other social media platforms to elevate certain content and suppress other content about Covid-19.
5. Internal files at Twitter that I viewed while on assignment for @TheFP showed that both the Trump and Biden administrations directly pressed Twitter executives to moderate the platform’s pandemic content according to their wishes.
6. At the onset of the pandemic, according to meeting notes, the Trump admin was especially concerned about panic buying. They came looking for “help from the tech companies to combat misinformation” about “runs on grocery stores.” But . . . there were runs on grocery stores.Image
7. It wasn’t just Twitter. The meetings with the Trump White House were also attended by Google, Facebook, Microsoft and others.Image
8. When the Biden admin took over, one of their first meeting requests with Twitter executives was on Covid. The focus was on “anti-vaxxer accounts.” Especially Alex Berenson:Image
9. In the summer of 2021, president Biden said social media companies were “killing people” for allowing vaccine misinformation. Berenson was suspended hours after Biden’s comments, and kicked off the platform the following month.
10. Berenson sued (and then settled with) Twitter. In the legal process Twitter was compelled to release certain internal communications, which showed direct White House pressure on the company to take action on Berenson.

alexberenson.substack.com/p/jesse-jackso…Image

Jesse Jackson can’t swim**Don’t shoot me, it’s the punchline to an old (and not racist) jokehttps://alexberenson.substack.com/p/jesse-jackson-cant-swim
11. A December 2022 summary of meetings with the White House by Lauren Culbertson, Twitter’s Head of U.S. Public Policy, adds new evidence of the White House’s pressure campaign, and cements that it repeatedly attempted to directly influence the platform.
12. Culbertson wrote that the Biden team was “very angry” that Twitter had not been more aggressive in deplatforming multiple accounts. They wanted Twitter to do more.Image
13. Twitter executives did not fully capitulate to the Biden team’s wishes. An extensive review of internal communications at the company revealed employees often debating moderation cases in great detail, and with more care than was shown by the government toward free speech.
14. But Twitter did suppress views—many from doctors and scientific experts—that conflicted with the official positions of the White House. As a result, legitimate findings and questions that would have expanded the public debate went missing.
15. There were three serious problems with Twitter’s process:

First, much of the content moderation was conducted by bots, trained on machine learning and AI – impressive in their engineering, yet still too crude for such nuanced work.

16. Second, contractors, in places like the Philippines, also moderated content. They were given decision trees to aid in the process, but tasking non experts to adjudicate tweets on complex topics like myocarditis and mask efficacy data was destined for a significant error rateexample template—deactivate...
17 Third, most importantly, the buck stopped with higher level employees at Twitter who chose the inputs for the bots and decision trees, and subjectively decided escalated cases and suspensions. As it is with all people and institutions, there was individual and collective bias
18. With Covid, this bias bent heavily toward establishment dogmas.
19. Inevitably, dissident yet legitimate content was labeled as misinformation, and the accounts of doctors and others were suspended both for tweeting opinions and demonstrably true information.
20. Exhibit A: Dr. Martin Kulldorff, an epidemiologist at Harvard Medical School, tweeted views at odds with US public health authorities and the American left, the political affiliation of nearly the entire staff at Twitter.Image
21. Internal emails show an “intent to action” by a moderator, saying Kulldorff’s tweet violated the company’s Covid-19 misinformation policy and claimed he shared “false information.”Image
22. But Kulldorff’s statement was an expert’s opinion—one which also happened to be in line with vaccine policies in numerous other countries. Yet it was deemed “false information” by Twitter moderators merely because it differed from CDC guidelines.
23. After Twitter took action, Kulldorff’s tweet was slapped with a “Misleading” label and all replies and likes were shut off, throttling the tweet’s ability to be seen and shared by many people, the ostensible core function of the platform:Image
24. In my review of internal files, I found countless instances of tweets labeled as “misleading” or taken down entirely, sometimes triggering account suspensions, simply because they veered from CDC guidance or differed from establishment views.
25. A tweet by @KelleyKga, a self-proclaimed public health fact checker, with 18K followers, was flagged as “Misleading,” and replies and likes disabled, even though it displayed the CDC’s *own data.*Image
26. Internal records showed that a bot had flagged the tweet, and that it received many “tattles” (what the system amusingly called reports from users). That triggered a manual review by a human who– despite the tweet showing actual CDC data–nevertheless labeled it “Misleading”
27. Tellingly, the tweet by @KelleyKga that was labeled “Misleading” was a reply to a tweet that contained actual misinformation.

Covid has never been the leading cause of death from disease in children. Yet that tweet remains on the platform, and without a “misleading” label.Image

28. Whether by humans or algorithms, content that was contrarian but true was still subject to getting flagged or suppressed

This tweet was labeled “Misleading,” even though the owner of this account, @_euzebiusz_, a physician, was referring to the results of a published studyImage

29. Andrew Bostom, a Rhode Island physician, was permanently suspended from Twitter after receiving multiple strikes for misinformation. One of his strikes was for a tweet referring to the results from a peer reviewed study on mRNA vaccines.Image
30. A review of Twitter log files revealed that an internal audit, conducted after Bostom’s attorney contacted Twitter, found that only 1 of Bostom’s 5 violations were valid.Image
31. The one Bostom tweet found to still be in violation cited data that was legitimate but inconvenient to the public health establishment’s narrative about the risks of flu versus Covid in children.Image
32. That this tweet was not only flagged by a bot, but its violation manually affirmed by a staff member is telling of both the algorithmic and human bias at play. Bostom’s account was suspended for months and was finally restored on Christmas Day.
33. Another example of human bias run amok was the reaction to this tweet by Trump. Many Trump tweets led to extensive internal debates, and this one was no different.Image
34. In a surreal exchange, Jim Baker, at the time Twitter’s Deputy General Counsel, asks why telling people to not be afraid wasn’t a violation of Twitter’s Covid-19 misinformation policy.Image
35. Yoel Roth, Twitter’s former head of Trust & Safety, had to explain that optimism wasn’t misinformation.Image
36. Remember @KelleyKga with the CDC data tweet? Twitter’s response to her is clarifying: “we will prioritize review and labeling of content that could lead to increased exposure or transmission.”Image
37. Twitter made a decision, via the political leanings of senior staff, and govt pressure, that the public health authorities’ approach to the pandemic – prioritizing mitigation over other concerns – was “The Science” . . .
38. Information that challenged that view, such as showing harms of vaccines, or that could be perceived as downplaying the risks of Covid, especially to children, was subject to moderation, and even suppression. No matter whether such views were correct or adopted abroad.
39. What might this pandemic and its aftermath have looked like if there had been a more open debate on Twitter and other social media platforms—not to mention the mainstream press—about the origins of Covid, about lockdowns, about the true risks of Covid in kids, and much more?
40. Thanks to @ShellenbergerMD, @lwoodhouse, @lhfang and the team @TheFP for their help reporting this story.

Exposing the Pandemic Industrial Complex

By Ryan Delarme, November 4, 2022

Joe Biden, in a September 2022 interview with 60 Minutes, stated that “The pandemic is over” to the chagrin of the establishment media and even his own staff.

Outlets like NPR were quick to criticize the statement, saying that at least 400 people were still dying of COVID every day. These types of vague statements persist even though most of the public is unaware of what actually qualifies as a COVID death (#)(#), or just how accurate the PCR tests actually are. These are still points of contention between the two prevailing narratives.

The CDC has significantly eased up on its restrictions, but many people are still wearing masks and carrying on as if this type of behavior really is the “new normal”. “15 days to slow the curve” became a two-year sentence, and by the time the lockdowns were over, COVID fear seemed to have ingrained itself into our society.

But not everyone was susceptible to this fear.

Across the world, freedom-loving people decided to stand up for their rights, and push back against what many saw as excessive overreach.

And others hope to take things a step further.

Joe Biden may be ready to try and sweep the last two years under the rug, but there’s a veritable army of physicians, lawyers, and everyday citizens the world over who aren’t willing to let what they see as crimes against humanity go quietly into the night.

There are two prevailing narratives in regard to the origin and purpose of SARS-CoV-2.

The mainstream narrative, supported by a majority of the Intelligence Community, adamantly suggests that the outbreak was caused by “natural exposure to an animal  infected with (SARS-CoV-2) or a close progenitor virus”

The other narrative, one that has been gaining more traction as time goes on, is that the virus was either accidentally or intentionally released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. (#)(#)

The trail of evidence, and it is now a substantial amount of evidence, points toward the Wuhan lab leak as the probable origin.

Some of the world’s most accomplished medical professionals, an army of legal experts, and sleuths across the internet have been putting together a compelling case that the pandemic may have been the result of a man-made bioweapon, and that its planning began decades ago.

Though many of the leading voices of this movement are not in complete agreement about certain aspects of what has been called a “worldwide plandemic” there are some points of nearly unanimous agreement:

  • COVID-19 is a bioweapon and possibly the product of gain of function research paid for with our tax dollars.
  • There are people in the US  government as well as private individuals who had advanced knowledge of the pandemic.
  • Through an intricate web of corporations and institutions, what has been referred to as the “pandemic virus industrial complex” has facilitated quite possibly the largest upward transfer of wealth in human history.
  • The deeper purpose behind the pandemic is to consolidate power and move the world closer to global dictatorship.

Naturally, claims as bold as these require substantial evidence. Fortunately, there is more than enough evidence to build an irrefutable case against what can only be described as the Pandemic Industrial Complex.

The Supporting Evidence

It was a physician named Jonathan Latham who first introduced the phrase “Pandemic Virus Industrial Complex” during a lecture in January of 2021 on the various COVID-19 origin theories. He used the phrase to describe the academic, military, and commercial complexes that are driving the pandemic agenda and obscuring all facts that indicate SARS-CoV-2 is a manmade virus.

Just like the military-industrial complex, the pandemic virus industrial complex is a set of interlocking corporations and other institutions that feed off of and support each other in a self-reinforcing way.

Marion Koopmans, a dutch virologist with the World Health Organization, has been a thorn in the side of WHO Director Tedros Ghebreyesus, one of the primary players in this “global health” system. Koopmans has accused the WHO of undermining her research into the origins of COVID. Koopmans also claimed that WHO has been planning on ten years of infectious diseases, and that 2020 was only year one.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but it is worth noting that in 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a history of backing population control mechanisms such as eugenics and GMOs, also published “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” describing a “coronavirus pandemic” that results in worldwide tyranny. In the Foundation’s own words, in a section for a hypothetical future called “Lock Step” it mentions “A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”

In 2015, another player Dr. Peter Daszak, head of the EcoHealth Alliance that funneled research dollars from the NIAID to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for coronavirus research, stated: “We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage, to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.” Daszak has publicly boasted about manipulating a killer SARS-like virus in Wuhan [Clip start at 0:40] and has claimed to have been working with the US Central Intelligence Agency.

Between the years 2017 and 2018, hundreds of millions of COVID-19 test kits were distributed worldwide. Of course, every major “fact-checker” claims to have debunked this truth, but upon closer inspection, the “debunking” does not hold up under scrutiny. They claim that since the test kits weren’t labeled as being specifically for COVID-19 until after the outbreak was announced, the claims are untrue, but the fact remains that they were indeed used to fuel and track the pandemic (while also producing false positives #,#).

On its own, this information might seem innocuous, but the devil is in the context…

In 2017, Anthony Fauci guaranteed that a “surprise outbreak” would occur within the next 4 years. (Clip: https://rumble.com/v1lzkdw-covid-19-pandemic-.html ) Bill Gates echoed similar sentiments in an OpEd for Business Insider around the same time. Think about that, arguably the two biggest names associated with the pandemic industrial complex just happen to simultaneously predict a global pandemic as hundreds of millions of tests are distributed worldwide. It’s either one of the world’s greatest coincidences or supporting evidence of a conspiracy.

2017 must have been a big year for the burgeoning Pandemic Industrial Complex, as Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security also published a “futuristic scenario” describing a coronavirus pandemic that would emerge in  Southeast Asia called SPARS.

One year before the coronavirus outbreak, a European virologist trained global leaders in the globalist non-profit think tank Chatham House aka Royal Institute for International Affairs (the European arm of the Council on Foreign Relations) on how to ensure control over the public during a pandemic by creating fear through inflated death numbers, as well as how to manipulate the public into getting vaccinated. [Clip starting at 1:10 https://rumble.com/v1n5uje-marc-van-ranst-liar-liar-pants-on-fire.html ] We see the continuation of this tactic today with assurances that “at least 400 people are still dying every day”.

6 months before the coronavirus pandemics’ official start date, the Australian Government published a 230-page management plan for an influenza pandemic.

5 months before the Pandemic officially hit, the World Health Organization was already instructing nations to prepare for such an event, saying that Countries, donors, and multilateral institutions (a nicer way of saying “the Pandemic Industrial Complex”) must be prepared for a “rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen”.

In the same month, the Global Vaccination Summit called for “strong surveillance systems” to ensure ongoing injections for the entire world population.

4 months before the pandemic, Bill Gates organized an exercise called Event 201, a simulation exercise on a worldwide corona epidemic. An emphasis was put on “global business and government working together”.

In that same month, Fauci and HHS officials at the Milken Institutes Future of Health Summit discussed the need for a “global event” to “disrupt the system” thereby making the public more willing to accept an experimental mRNA vaccine.

Clip2: https://www.c-span.org/video/?c4993177/user-clip-entity-excitement-pt-2 ]

These are just a handful of examples from an Everest-sized mountain of supporting evidence suggesting that this pandemic was manmade, released intentionally, and planned long ago.

Joe Biden, Despite Being Quadruple Jabbed, Has Tested Positive for Covid

By Ryan Delarme, July 21, 2022

The current “leader of the free world” has once again tested positive for Covid-19, this comes after being jabbed not twice, not thrice, but four times with seemingly ineffective experimental drugs.

CNBC reported:

President Joe Biden has tested positive for Covid-19, the White House said Thursday.

The 79-year-old president, who is fully vaccinated and has received two Covid booster shots, is experiencing “very mild symptoms,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement.

Biden has begun taking Paxlovid, an antiviral pill that can reduce the risk of hospitalization for people who test positive for Covid, the press secretary said.

A statement from the White House:

The timing is perfect, as our nation’s commander in chief could probably use some time to recuperate after a recent series of embarrassing blunders.

The President hid for several days after returning from his disastrous trip to Saudi Arabia Saturday evening. He rose from the crypt on Wednesday to push the globalist climate change agenda in Somerset, Massachusetts, where he seemed to announce that he has or had Cancer.

The White House has since denied that Biden has cancer and instead referred the public to a recent health report that revealed Biden had skin cancers removed a few years ago.
