Houthis: The United States Will Pay a ‘Heavy Price’ for Biden Strikes in Yemen
Which begs the question: is U.S. involvement in Israel's war actually making Americans safer?

By Ryan Delarme, January 12, 2024

On Friday, the Shiite Houthi terrorist organization issued a dire threat against American President Joe Biden, stating that he will “pay a heavy price” for approving airstrikes against Houthi assets in Yemen alongside the United Kingdom.

Thursday marked the joint declaration by the Pentagon and the British Ministry of Defense that they had successfully orchestrated dozens of strikes against strategic Houthi targets with the objective of constraining the terrorists’ capacity to disrupt global shipping. In October, the Houthis, who assert their legitimacy as the Yemeni government, initiated hostilities against Israel in retaliation against the bombing campaign in Gaza.

The Houthi group declared its intention to initiate actions against commercial vessels “connected to Israel” in the vicinity of Yemen. The term “connected to Israel” is applied liberally to any vessel belonging to the United States, as the U.S. is typically seen across the Middle East as Israel’s primary partner and facilitator.

The Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which connects the Red Sea and the Suez Canal—critical international maritime routes—lies in the waters offshore of Yemen. Consequently, between January 2023 and January 2024, commercial shipping traffic in the region decreased by 90 percent annually, inundating African ports with vessels en route around the Cape of Good Hope.

In 2021, under the administration of President Joe Biden, the Houthis were removed from the list of designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations maintained by the State Department. Biden authorized an agreement in September, just prior to the Hamas attack on Israel, to unfreeze $6 billion worth of Iranian assets in exchange for Iran’s release of five American hostages. It was emphasized by the Biden administration that “This does not constitute a ransom.”

“Washington and London must acknowledge responsibility for aggravating the situation at the Red Sea, and the militarization of the body of water,” Brigadier General Abdullah bin Amer, a Houthi leader in the terror group’s “Moral Guidance Department,” said on Friday, according to the Iranian state propaganda outlet PressTV. “They must be ready to embrace a heavy price, and bear all the deleterious consequences of this open aggression.”

Bin Amer promised that the Houthis would “target their bases across the region in case the United States and the United Kingdom increase their attacks.” He also insisted the Houthis would continue their “operations in the Red Sea,” meaning the disruption of international commercial shipping.

An additional Houthi spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, verified the airstrikes on Friday, stating that the United States and the United Kingdom bombed 73 Houthi strategic assets without specifying what was targeted.

“The American and British enemy bears full responsibility for its criminal aggression against our Yemeni people, and it will not go unanswered and unpunished,” Saree warned.

Hussein al-Ezzi, a Houthi political leader, was quoted as saying, “Washington and London must prepare to pay a heavy price. Our country came under sneak and massive air, ship and submarine strikes. Doubtless, the attacks will cost them dearly.”

The British Ministry of Defense offered information on their bombing campaign, saying “One was a site at Bani in north-western Yemen used to launch reconnaissance and attack drones. A number of buildings involved in drone operations were targeted by our aircraft.”

“The other location struck by our aircraft was the airfield at Abbs,” the Defense Ministry statement continued. “Intelligence has shown that it has been used to launch both cruise missiles and drones over the Red Sea. Several key targets at the airfield were identified and prosecuted by our aircraft.”

“Today, at my direction, U.S. military forces—together with the United Kingdom and with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands—successfully conducted strikes against a number of targets in Yemen,” President Biden said in his own statement, “used by Houthi rebels to endanger freedom of navigation in one of the world’s most vital waterways.”

17 Anonymous Biden Staffers Claim Volunteers Quitting “In Droves” Over Israel Support

By Ryan Delarme, January 8, 2024

A significant number of personnel affiliated with Joe Biden’s presidential campaign appear to be defecting due to the discontent expressed by leftists towards Biden’s endorsement of Israel’s endeavors to eradicate and eliminate the terrorist organization Hamas.

Staffers allegedly authored an open letter to Biden in which they reprimanded him for refusing to pursue a “cease fire” between Israel and Hamas. Seventeen of these staffers allegedly penned the letter critical of Biden’s alleged “in droves” departures from the Biden campaign.

The authors of a letter published on the website Medium and signed by “17 Biden for President Staffers” (who remain anonymous) criticize Biden for his support of the Jewish state. The letter reads, “Biden for President staff have witnessed volunteers abandon their positions en masse, and people who have consistently voted blue for decades are now uncertain about doing so once more, due to this conflict.”

“We write to you as the current staff of your re-election campaign. As we work to mobilize voters to cast their ballots for you in 2024, we must take a moment to acknowledge our tremendous grief, and the grief shared by countless other Americans, toward the violence occurring in Gaza,” the letter states.

“We joined this campaign because the values that you — and we — share are ones worth fighting for… Justice, empathy, and our belief in the dignity of human life is the backbone of not only the Democratic Party, but of the country. However, your administration’s response to Israel’s indiscriminate bombing in Gaza has been fundamentally antithetical to those values — and we believe it could cost you the 2024 election.”

“As your staff, we believe it is both a moral and electoral imperative for you to publicly call for a cessation of violence,” the letter claims. “Complicity in the death of over 20,000 Palestinians, 8,200 of whom are children, simply cannot be justified.”

The letter then makes five additional demands, including that Biden cease all military assistance to Israel and caution against escalating the situation in Gaza.

The purported 17 staffers’ letter is not the first in which Biden’s Middle East policies have been publicly criticized by alleged insiders.

Needless to say, this turmoil and unrest inside Biden’s own regime is a very bad sign for the president’s re-election campaign.

Former Biden COVID Official: A Breach in a Wuhan Laboratory Could Have Triggered a Pandemic

By Ryan Delarme, December 11, 2023

Former White House National Security Council pandemic official Dr. Raj Panjabi has now publicly speculated that a laboratory breach in Wuhan, China, may have been the source of COVID-19.

Yesterday at the annual Forbes Healthcare Summit, Panjabi stated, “It is plausible that Covid originated in a laboratory accident in Wuhan,” as reported by The Daily Mail. “We have got to do more to keep labs safe.”

Recall that in May 2020, Biden referred to former President Donald Trump’s assertion that Covid originated from erroneous Chinese experiments as “nakedly xenophobic.” However, numerous scientists and US government officials, including the FBI and the Department of Energy, now consider it to be the most probable source of the pandemic.

Panjabi further cautioned that the likelihood of future pandemics increasing globally is expanding.

“There is a 50 percent risk one will happen in the next 25 years. This is because of globalization, or what I call the three Ps,” he said.

These “three Ps” given by Panjabi are “pathogen spillover,” when diseases leap from animals to humans; “planes,” since they encourage global travel; and “poor public health systems that are shattered and lack investment.”

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wuhan Institute of Virology was subject to scrutiny due to its failure to furnish mandatory safety and security information after receiving funding from the U.S. government.

The U.S. government has appeared divided regarding the laboratory or natural origin of COVID.

It is worth noting that intelligence agencies initially provided assurances regarding the Wuhan wet market as the authentic source of COVID-19. However, similar to the “intelligence experts” who endorsed a letter speculating on the Russian origin of the Hunter Biden Laptop, intelligence agencies seem to have an unsatisfactory history of informing the public about the truth.

“$24 Million From Foreign Nationals”: House Republicans Officialize Impeachment Inquiry Into Biden, Issue Resolution Prior To Scheduled Vote

By Ryan Delarme, December 7, 2023

In anticipation of the vote scheduled for next week, which will officially commence the Biden impeachment investigation, Representative Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) has introduced a fourteen-page resolution endorsing the inquiry.

The resolution, which is scheduled for markup on Tuesday, December 12 and is therefore on track for a vote on Wednesday, reads:

“Directing certain committees to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach Joseph Biden, President of the United States of America, and for other purposes…”

Rep. Armstrong said in a statement:

“It’s time for the House to take the next step in the Biden impeachment investigation and adopt an impeachment inquiry resolution. The White House and multiple witnesses have repeatedly refused to cooperate with the investigation and have rejected subpoenas. Despite this refusal, the investigation has uncovered alarming details that demand further scrutiny,”

“The Biden family and associates received more than $24 million from foreign nationals. Joe Biden received $200,000 from his brother, James Biden, the same day James received a $200,000 loan from a failing rural hospital operator. Joe Biden also received $40,000 in laundered Chinese money from his brother and sister-in-law. It’s become clear that the Biden family sold influence around the world using Joe Biden’s name as the product. An investigation in any jurisdiction around the country would move forward if it had these facts. A vote on an impeachment inquiry puts the House in the best position to prevail in court and uncover the truth,”

The White House has put forth the argument that the Republican Party’s ongoing impeachment investigation lacks the formalization required by a vote, which is unconstitutional. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan has strongly opposed this assessment.

“Constitutionally, it’s not required. Speaker said we’re [in] an impeachment inquiry, [then] we’re in an impeachment inquiry,” said Jordan. “But if you have a vote of the full House of Representatives and the majority say we’re in that official status as part of our overall oversight work or constitutional oversight duty that we have, it just helps us in court.”

As per the Hill:

In anticipation of that vote, Democrats and the White House in recent days pointed to previous statements from swing-seat Republicans and moderates casting doubt on whether impeachment is warranted.

They have also pointed to cries from Republicans when Trump’s impeachment began without taking a formal vote.

But many of those same GOP members say that taking the step to authorize an inquiry is a much different question than a vote on actual impeachment articles.

The House’s Judiciary, Oversight, and Ways and Means committees have for months investigated both what they have deemed the Biden family finances and a Justice Department investigation into Hunter Biden’s failure to pay taxes

The Federal Government to “Micromanage Nearly Every Aspect of How the Internet Functions,” – FCC Commissioner
"The Biden Administration’s plan empowers the FCC to regulate every aspect of the Internet sector for the first time ever"

By Ryan Delarme, November 9, 2023

The purpose of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ostensibly was to safeguard citizens from the telecommunications sector, but the commission has long since been considered compromised by the deep administrative state.

Author’s note – For a briefing on why I would use the term “compromised” to describe the FCC, feel free to read this document at your leisure.

The agency’s questionable history aside, the current FCC commissioner Brendan Carr is due some props as he recently issued a warning that should send shock waves throughout the country.

Carr said in a statement on Monday that,

“President Biden’s plan hands the Administrative State effective control of all Internet services and infrastructure in the country. Never before, in the roughly 40-year history of the public Internet, has the FCC (or any federal agency for that matter) claimed this degree of control over it. Indeed, President Biden’s plan calls for the FCC to apply a far-reaching set of government controls that the agency has not applied to any technology in the modern era, including Title II common carriers,”

A draft of the FCC order implementing President Biden’s plan is available here.

Carr also drew attention to the critical FCC decision on whether to adopt the president’s plan which is scheduled for next week.

“Congress never contemplated the sweeping regulatory regime that President Biden asked the FCC to adopt—let alone authorized the agency to implement it,”

Carr clarified in his statement that the Biden administration’s economic policies are to blame for the “skyrocketing costs of building Internet infrastructure in this country” and the “broadband policies that are failing.” Due to “regulatory red tape,” the FCC has “needlessly blocked and delayed new broadband infrastructure builds” even though it has been looking to expand “new, 5G services.”

The commissioner also stated that President Joe Biden is pressuring the FCC to approve “a one-page section of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Infrastructure Act),” which contains “new rules of breathtaking scope, all in the name of ‘digital equity’.”

“For the first time ever, those rules would give the federal government a roving mandate to micromanage nearly every aspect of how the Internet functions—from how [internet service providers] allocate capital and where they build, to the services that consumers can purchase; from the profits that ISPs can realize and how they market and advertise services to the discounts and promotions that consumers can receive. Talk about central planning,”

If passed, among many other things, the FCC would be able to control every ISP’s service termination terms, use of customer credit, account history, credit checks, and account termination for the first time.

“There is no path to complying with this standardless regime. It reads like a planning document drawn up in the faculty lounge of a university’s Soviet Studies Department…

…The Biden Administration’s plan empowers the FCC to regulate every aspect of the Internet sector for the first time ever. The plan is motivated by an ideology of government control that is not compatible with the fundamental precepts of free market capitalism.”
