Dr. Malone: Fauci Departure “Driven by the Polls and the Upcoming Election.”

Dr. Robert Malone, an increasingly outspoken mRNA pioneer, biochemist, and American physician believes that Anthony Fauci’s sudden retirement is the result of dwindling popularity and the very real possibility that he will be investigated should the Republicans take back the house this November.

Dr.Malone recently interviewed with John Soloman’s “Just the News, Not Noise” show, where he had some interesting things to say. “There’s clearly some major turbulence going on within HHS right now,” he said “I suspect it’s driven by the polls and the upcoming election.”

The interview comes on the heels of Fauci announcing he would be stepping down at the end of the year from his duties as both director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and his role as chief White House medical advisor.

“I found that fascinating,” Malone told Just the News’s John Solomon and Amanda Head. “It was totally unexpected, I think, by any of us. And of course, there’s been no hints — other than Fauci suggesting that he’s going to work on his books and do what he can to mentor other young scientists and promote the development of science and the enterprise.”

Fauci has served as the director of NIAID since the Reagan era and is known for being the highest paid federal employee in the entire Government, raking in over $417,000 in 2020 from salary alone.

In addition to his comments on Fauci, Dr.Malone expressed his doubts that the U.S. can vaccinate its way out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“It appears that the majority of us have had our coronavirus infections have developed natural immunity, it’s relatively protective” Malone said. “The virus seems to be evolving to be less pathogenic, but more infectious — a normal pathway. And I don’t have a good crystal ball right now, but I as a vaccinologist, I’ve always been wary that we were going to succeed in developing a safe and effective coronavirus vaccine.”

Fauci admitted last month that the COVID vaccines don’t protect “overly well” against COVID.

Ex-FBI Intel Chief Believes DOJ has “No Case” Against Donald Trump

A former assistant director of the FBI recently claimed that he thinks the affidavit used to obtain a search warrant of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago shows that the government has “no case”.

The affidavit in question was released last week by a magistrate judge in response to court filings submitted by certain media outlets and third parties. The legal document, however, was heavily redacted and revealed very little about what the FBI agents were searching for on Aug. 8 and why.

Kevin R. Brock, the former assistant director of intelligence for the FBI and principal deputy director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), wrote in an opinion piece Sunday:

“We now know why the DOJ wanted the affidavit—which is supposed to articulate the probable cause needed for a legitimate search—to be kept under seal,”

Brock then goes on to list his reasons for doubting the FBI:

“First, the affidavit confirmed that the FBI’s investigation was triggered in January 2022 at the request of the National Archives, which wanted certain documents, especially classified documents, that it considered to be presidential records to be turned over to it by Trump.” 

“Second, from what I have seen, I don’t believe the affidavit articulates how a federal law was or is being broken. For those who hold out hope that the affidavit’s redacted sections fill that gap, there is almost no chance that they do,” 

According to Brock, the document’s argument for probable cause only seems to include “half of what is needed to show a possible violation of the federal statutes that are cited in the warrant”. Brock added that in his experience, it’s unlikely that the government will release the redacted portions of the affidavit.

The contents of the affidavit that were not redacted, do not show sufficient cause to believe that Trump wasn’t authorized to have the documents at his Florida residence.

“A criminal violation of those statutes only exists if it can be established that the person being investigated was not authorized to possess, store, transfer or copy those documents… This is an easy element to establish against anyone in America. Except for one person.”

Former aides to the President, and even Trump himself, claim that there was a standing order to declassify any materials that left the White House for Mar-a-Lago.

Meanwhile, Trump wrote in October on his now-banned Twitter account that he had declassified some FBI-related materials. He also issued an order on Jan. 19, 2021, to declassify some FBI Crossfire Hurricane documents.

“As president, he had broad, legally intimidating authority, established by law and court determinations, to declassify any and all documents and to determine what is and is not a presidential record,” 

“Trump and his legal team have asserted that this authority was exercised while he was still president. Therefore, a violation of these fairly low-level and seldom-prosecuted document-oriented statutes cannot be proven.”

Two Plead Guilty to Stealing Ashley Biden’s Diary

Two Florida residents have pleaded guilty to stealing Ashley Biden’s diary and other belongings, before selling them to Project Veritas in the weeks leading up to the 2020 US election.

Aimee Harris, 40, and Robert Kurlander, 58, admitted they took part in a conspiracy to transport stolen materials from Florida, where Ashley Biden had been living, to New York, according to the New York Times.

“Harris and Kurlander stole personal property from an immediate family member of a candidate for national political office,” said Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.

And while Project Veritas declined to publish the diary (and were still raided by the Biden DOJ), the National File did publish excerpts on Oct. 24, 2020 – and the full diary two days later. While treated as potentially fake at the time, we now know that the contents are legit – including claims that Joe took ‘probably inappropriate’ showers with Ashley, and that she believes she was sexually molested as a child.

Entries in the diary include the author revealing she believes she was sexually molested as a child and shared “probably not appropriate” showers with her father, some that detail the author’s struggle with drug abuse and the author’s crumbling marriage with multiple affairs, along with entries showing the family’s fears of a potential scandal due to her brother’s new home, and those that show a deep resentment for her father due to his money, control, and emotional manipulation. –National File

HOW DID IT MAKE ITS WAY TO PROJECT VERITAS?

In the spring of 2020, as Joe Biden was in the process of clinching the Democratic presidential nomination, Ashley was living in Delray Beach, FL with said friend “who had rented a two-bedroom house lined with palm trees with a large swimming pool and wraparound driveway,” according to people familiar with the matter.

In June, however, Ashley visited the Philadelphia area as Joe’s campaign was ramping up.

“She decided to leave some of her belongings behind, including a duffel bag and another bag,” according to the report.

Several weeks after Ashley left the Delray house, the friend who hosted her invited an ex-girlfriend named Aimee Harris and her two children to move in. Harris, in the middle of a custody dispute and financial woes, appears to have been a Trump supporter according to ‘social media postings and conversations.’ She learned that Ashley Biden had stayed there, and that some of her things had been left behind, according to two people familiar with the mater.

Exactly what happened next remains the subject of the federal investigation. But by September, the diary had been acquired from Ms. Harris and a friend by Project Veritas, whose operations against liberal groups and traditional news organizations had helped make it a favorite of Mr. Trump.

In a court filing, Project Veritas told a federal judge that around Sept. 3, 2020, someone the group described as “a tipster” called Project Veritas and left a voice message. The caller said “a new occupant moved into a place where Ashley Biden had previously been staying and found Ms. Biden’s diary and other personal items.”

The “diary is pretty crazy,” the tipster said on the voice mail, according to a Project Veritas court filing. “I think it’s worth taking a look at.” -NYT

Court filings reveal that Project Veritas bought the diary (though never published it), through an unnamed proxy identified as “A.H.” and “R.K.” – Harris and Robert Kurlander, a self-described venture capitalist, longtime friend, and former housemate of Harris. 27 years ago, Kurlander “pleaded guilty in federal court in Florida to a conspiracy count in a drug-related money laundering scheme” and was sentenced to 40 months in prison, per the Times, which added that the same case resulted in a guilty plea from David Witter – grandson of the founder of Dean Witter.

Days before the 2020 election, Kurlander tweeted: “Where are Biden’s two kids?” adding “Ashley and Hunter are disasters. Reflection of the parents.”

Lofi Girl No Longer Exclusive to YouTube, Finds Refuge on Rumble

The widely beloved ‘lofi hip-hop radio – beats to relax/ study to’ channel on YouTube was taken down after what the channel owner has called a “false copyright strike”. The channel emerged at last, to the delight of many, on the Rumble streaming platform on Friday morning.

Lofi girl experienced its first interruption after two years of streaming back in July of this year. 

The constant stream features the image of a Ghibli-Esque young woman studying night and day with her cat, accompanied by relaxing lofi (low fidelity) hip-hop beats. Over those years, the channel became an important part of internet culture, with its own spin-off communities, including a 30,000-member r/LofiGirl subreddit and a 700,000-member Lofi Girl Discord. 

Not only has the channel become a cultural phenomenon, but it was quite a success for the very platform that banned it. With over 668 million views, the stream was one of YouTube’s most popular draws for people who wanted to throw on some mood music for work or relaxation but to take part in the live chat as well.

The original strike was allegedly due to a “false copyright strike” from Malaysian label FMC Music. In response, fans of Lofi Girl circulated the tag #BringBackLofiGirl to get YouTube’s attention. Some fans went so far as to spam and troll the Malaysian label.

As per Metro:

Lofi Girl told TechCrunch that all of the channel’s music is released through its record label, Lofi Records, so they have the necessary rights to share it and YouTube decided it was not in violation of copyright laws.

YouTube confirmed that the takedown requests were ‘abusive & terminated the claimants account’.

‘We’ve resolved the strikes + reinstated your vids – it can sometimes take 24-48 hours for everything to be back to normal! so sorry this happened & thx for your patience as we sorted it out,’ said YouTube replying to the tweet.

Despite YouTube’s attempts to make things right, Lofi Girl seems to maintain doubts about the platform.

‘This event has shone a light on an underlying problem on the platform: It’s 2022, and there are countless smaller creators out there, many of which are engaged in this discussion, that continue to be hit daily by these false claims on both videos and live streams,’ Lofi Girl wrote in a tweet.

While creators like Lofi Girl grapple with the abuse of YouTube’s copyright infringement policies, the up-and-coming YouTube alternative Rumble has been creating a space where the sorts of channels can carry on unimpeded.

Lofi Girl showed up on Rumble Friday morning, drawing immediate attention from the Rumble user base.

Russian Military Tribunals to be Held in Mariupol, Biden Admin Attempt to Delegitimize

The Russian Embassy in the US released a statement Wednesday night regarding the US State Department’s public response to the coming military tribunal in Mariupol.

The Tribunal, which will be aimed at “bringing justice to war criminals”, is set to take place in the coming days. The war criminals in question include members of the Azov Regiment, who have been described as both Ukraine’s “greatest weapon” as well as it’s “greatest threat”.

It was previously reported that Russia insisted one of the reasons for Putin’s attack on Ukraine was to ‘de-militarise and de-Nazify Ukraine.’

According to a former U.S. ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, in his interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” he claimed that there are no Nazis in Ukraine. “He’s [Putin] talking about denazification. There are no Nazis in Ukraine,” McFaul said.

Despite the former ambassador’s claims, a documentary from TIME magazine in 2019 revealed the existence of a group called Azov that embodied the neo-Nazi and white supremacist ideology led by Andriy Yevhenovych Biletsky in Ukraine.

Andriy Biletsky, a proud white supremacist, claimed that Ukraine’s national purpose was to rid the country of Jews and other inferior races, Fair Observer reported.

A former Marine Corps intelligence officer who served with the United Nations, Scott Ritter, claimed that the first troops trained by US and British soldiers were the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion.

The Biden Administration and its State Department were quick to put out a statement about the upcoming tribunals:

“By planning to hold so-called ‘tribunals’ in Russia-controlled Mariupol against Ukraine’s brave defenders, the Kremlin is attempting to deflect responsibility for President Putin’s war of aggression and distract from overwhelming evidence of the atrocities Russian forces have committed in Ukraine.

The planned show trials are illegitimate and a mockery of justice, and we strongly condemn them. All members of Ukraine’s armed forces, including domestic and foreign volunteers incorporated into the armed forces, are entitled to prisoner of war status if they are captured and must be afforded the treatment and protections commensurate with that status, according to the Geneva Conventions.

We call on Moscow to comply with its obligations under international law. The United States will continue to firmly stand with the Ukrainian people as they defend their freedom.”

The Russian Embassy responded to the State Department’s statement:

“We have taken note of another groundless accusation against our country related to the Tribunal over Ukrainian war criminals.

The upcoming Trial is aimed at bringing justice to war criminals, among which there are Nazis from the Azov Regiment. Washington is clearly afraid of making public the evidence of the inhumane acts committed by the members of this terrorist organization.

The International Tribunal in Mariupol can shed light on the true essence of the Kiev regime, of which the United States diligently creates a bright and heroic image. American citizens will finally learn that in reality, their government is helping those who purposefully kill and torture the Russian people of Donbas and Ukraine.

Russia fully complies with the Geneva Conventions and guarantees Ukrainian captives proper conditions of detention. The same cannot be said of the Kiev regime, which militants mistreated captured Russian soldiers.

Finally, if the US authorities have questions about what happened in Mariupol, they could discuss it with the administration of the Donetsk People’s Republic. It is an independent state.”

It has been posited that the Biden Admin is scrambling to delegitimize the tribunals because the Russian war crime allegations will pave a trail toward western interests, including members of the Biden family, as well as his cohorts in DC and abroad, for the production of chemical and biological weapons, as well as arming and assisting Nazi Ukrainian forces responsible for war crimes and atrocities on civilians. These allegations are purely speculation at this point, but there is supporting evidence.

The Russian military has claimed that the US and Ukraine are afraid of the testimony of Ukrainian POWs that will inevitably spill out onto the world stage. The belief, at least of Russia, is that this testimony will “further cement and expose the crimes committed by the Kiev and Biden/DNC regimes”.

With the exception of a small article by Reuters, the western media has been mum on the subject. As per Reuters:

“GENEVA, Aug 23 (Reuters) – The U.N. human rights office expressed concern on Tuesday about plans by Russian-backed authorities to try Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) in the port city of Mariupol, possibly within days, saying such a process could itself amount to a war crime.

The Russian-backed authorities appear to be installing metal cages in a hall in Mariupol as part of plans to establish what they were calling an ‘international tribunal’, Ravina Shamdasani, spokesperson for the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), told a briefing.”

Western grievances notwithstanding, it seems as though the tribunals will be going forward whether the UN and Biden Admin like it or not. Vigilant News will be watching this story and providing updates as more information comes out.
